As many fans have seen, Marvel has been smashing out big numbers in the box office. These adventurous concepts have not been seen in book stores.

Marvel is going to change that this October when they launch their new line of graphic novels, starting with Avengers: Endless Wartime by Warren Ellis and McKone.

Ellis is also the author of the bestseller Gun Machine and has created many popular graphic novels.

Avengers: Endless Wartime is a different business model for Marvel. The company has been trying to avoid the graphic novel business because of the costs that are involved with producing many pages.

Marvel Executive Editor, Tom Brevoort, stated that the business models have changed. He said that Marvel had been debating graphic novels for awhile now.

“It seems to be more and more a preferred format, even with the rise of digital,” Brevoort said.

Marvel Editor-in-chief, Axel Alonso, said that it’s just the first line of graphic novels they will be announcing. The new graphic novels will be available globally and digitally in several different languages.

The graphic novel will be about a mysterious threat that ties back to Captain America’s past.
