In September of this year it was announced that the hit crime drama NCIS would be spinning off again and taking on New Orleans.

Today (December 9) a casting call went out from Mark Harmon’s production company, Wings Productions, INC. for its series regulars.

The four lead characters, that are in the first wave of casting according to Showbiz411 and TV Show Auditions, are as follows:

Special Agent D. Pride: 50’s, Male, charismatic and full of life. A man who savours every moment but can be rock solid and strong when needed. He’s stubborn, direct, physical, determined, no-nonsense and incredibly astute.

Special Agent C. LaSalle: Mid 30’s, Male, handsome and sexy, born-and-bred Louisiana. Lean and muscular, a former Sheriff’s deputy who’s been through some rough times and is determined to bounce back. Tough, clever, devilish, charming, sweet and raw.

Special Agent M. Brody: 30’s, Female, from the Great Lakes office. Full of insight, no-nonsense, put together, a government employee façade on an Ivy League mind. Brody is Grace Kelly-like in her class, pomp and circumstance. She’s unpredictable, passionate, dedicated, loyal, surprising, hot, funny, fierce, generous, secretive, vulnerable and, above all, determined to be the best female agent NCIS have ever known.

Doctor L. Wade: 40’s, Female. Outspoken and seriously on her game. She’s often intentionally full of contradictions. She’s odd, eccentric, with a sense of humour, void of social boundaries and loves college football. She also doesn’t give herself enough credit for still being quite a looker.

Emmy Award-winning casting directors Susan Bluestein and Jason Kennedy will continue on for the NCIS franchise and have stated that each of the available main roles are open to any ethnicity.

So TV buffs, who do you think fits the bill for the casting? Hit us up with your thoughts or suggestions in the comments.
