New photos have been made public from the Los Angeles set of Captain America: The Winter Soldier! The pictures feature Chris Evans reprising his role as Steve Rogers (Captain America minus the suit) alongside Scarlet Johansson as Natasha Romanova, (the Black Widow), in what seems to be a less than pleasant exchange with S.H.I.E.L.D agent Jasper Sitwell, played by Maximiliano Hernandez.
Returning to Captain America and the Marvel movie-verse are Samuel L Jackson, Sebastian Stan, Cobie Smulders, Hayley Atwell and Toby Jones. This is alongside Robert Redford, Emily VanCamp and Frank Grillo who join the cast.
Anthony Mackie, who is to play new hero the Falcon and team up with Captain America and the Black Widow, recently said, “If you look at the cast they’ve put together, if you look at the number of characters that are in this movie. I mean, it’s a huge number of superheros and characters,” going so far as to call the movie “Avengers 1.5.” Exciting!
