Guess who just got arrested for a DUI and not only arrested but JAILED?! Did you guess a Kardashian? Wrong. Amanda Bynes? Wrong, even though we can all agree some jail time would do her good. Lindsay? Nope not her either, she’s probably stealing something somewhere as you read this. So who is it? Honey Boo-Boo!! Okay okay, I’m only kidding.
It was America’s sweetheart, Reese Witherspoon and her husband James Toth were both arrested and briefly jailed early Friday morning in Atlanta, Ga., after Toth was pulled over under suspicion of driving while intoxicated, an official at the city’s Dept. of Corrections confirmed. While Toth is facing a DUI charge after driving in the wrong lane, Witherspoon was also arrested on a disorderly conduct charge according to a police report. She was handcuffed after disobeying repeated instruction from the arresting officer, after she as instructed to stay inside the vehicle. The couple was released on bond around 3:30 a.m. early Friday morning.
Personally I’m a big fan of Reese but shouldn’t she be home making a casserole of some sort and doing a craft she found on Pinterest with her kids? What is she doing drinking and riding around Atlanta of all places? Other reports said that she was yelling at the officer. What in the world was she yelling? I really hope it was, “BEND AND SNAP!” Now THAT would be a TMZ video worth seeing.
Reese has yet to release a statement and I doubt she will but stay with PopWrapped as this story develops.
