Sometimes a little humility among the celebrities is needed for us to regain our faith in humanity, and that is exactly what P!nk seemed to have in mind during a show in Philadelphia on Sunday night. Halfway through a song, her eye suddenly fell on a crying child, after which she quickly asked her guitarist to stop playing for a minute.
She then asked the audience if everything was okay, with special concern for the little girl. Soon it appeared that the child had been crying because she had witnessed a fight in the audience, leading P!nk, the mother of a 2 year old daughter, to exclaim “Ya’ll are fighting around a little girl?”.
The artist then went on to tell the girl “You look beautiful” and attempted to give her a stuffed animal, to the delight of the crowd who started cheering loudly. The child was too shy to pick up the toy herself, but with some help from the rest of the audience, everything seemed to end just fine.
