You’ve been waiting and waiting for her music comeback, crying yourself to sleep in desperation for new music while you listen to her somewhat greatest hit. Well ladies and gentlemen it’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for, Paris Hilton (remember her?) will be releasing a full album this summer. The best part you ask? She signed onto Lil Wayne’s “Cash Money Records” and the album will be full of “house music”.
Speaking to Showbiz 411, the hotel chain heiress explained: “This is a lot different than my first album.” Cash Money’s other artists include rappers Nicki Minaj and Drake who are obviously the same style of artist as Hilton, respectively they’re signed to Young Money Entertainment, which is a subsidiary of the label.
For those who are unfamiliar or may have forgotten (Which really, how could you?), Hilton first blessed the music-listeners of the world in 2006, when she released “Paris” on Heiress records. It reached the top ten on the Billboard albums chart, but received pretty mixed reviews.
So what do you think? Does this sound like a complete flop or does it have potential to be an unexpected surprise hit?
