Pedro Pascal To Appear Alongside Gal Gadot In Wonder Woman Sequel
Narcos star Pedro Pascal has landed a key role in the upcoming Wonder Woman sequel.
Pascal will be joining the Patty Jenkins-directed sequel starring Gal Gadot and the recently announced Kristen Wiig (appearing as the villain Cheetah), making this the second time Pascal and Jenkins have worked together since the TV movie Exposed.
The Chilean-born actor confirmed the news yesterday on Twitter:

The details about Pascal’s character are still being kept under wraps, but casting this role had become a top priority once the studio slated the movie for November 1, 2019.
Plot details remain equally scarce, but ScreenRant reports that Wonder Woman 2 will take place in the 1980’s during the end of the Cold War.
In addition to Narcos, Pascal made waves on Game Of Thrones as the short-lived fan favorite Oberyn Martell, and later appeared on the big screen in Kingsmen: The Golden Circle. He is currently filming J.C. Chandor’s Triple Frontier for Netflix, along with Ben Affleck, Oscar Isaac, Charlie Hunnam, and Garrett Hedlund.
