With their debut album Precious Things boldly showcasing the talents of Juno and Spark, AKA Peppermint Heaven, the duo have released the latest in their set of music videos that accompany each track featured as part of the collection.
This new video is for "Talk To Me" and once again demonstrates the creativity with which the band have become so accustomed and which has earned them a steadily growing fan-base over the past couple of months.
The track maintains the rather psychedelic-electronic keys based rhythm and style that the duo work with so well. There’s also an almost darkness and depth to the lyrics, notably prior to the chorus, that presents the song as one of the more serious numbers they’ve created in their time together, but all the while, there’s an unmistakable David Bowie-esque feel about it which makes it hard to ignore.
As done so with their previous visual pieces, the video for "Talk To Me" was created with the assistance of acclaimed director Pierce G. Wilson. Wilson and the band have, since their first meeting, formed a close and deeply professional relationship and work strongly in tandem with one another to produce the stunning visuals to accompany the bands' work.
