The trailer for Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters has been released today. With an new and interesting take on Greek Mythology, the Percy Jackson book series has been pretty popular. The first movie however wasn’t as successful with mixed reviews from critics.
So what is the movie synopsis? “Percy Jackson, the Son of Poseidon embarks on a journey with his friends to retrieve the Golden Fleece to save their training ground, Camp Half-Blood.”
Of course the real draw besides getting Greek mythology nerds to come check out the movie is that Nathan Fillion is going to play Hermes. I think my inner nerd just squeed.
The movie will be released August 16, 2013! Check out the trailer below!
