It seems as if the Ant-Man will rise a little sooner than expected.
Recently, however, Warner Bros. changed the date of Man Of Steel 2 to sometime in 2016 instead of Summer 2015. Marvel saw an opening and decided to make the move while they could. They took the release date the Warner Brothers vacated.
They intend on releasing their movie adaptation of comic book hero, Ant-Man, on July 17th 2015 instead of November of that year.
The lead role of Ant-Man/Scott Lang will be played by actor Paul Rudd.
Michael Douglas is signed on to appear in the film as Hank Pym, who in comics canon was the original Ant-Man. Michael Peña was supposedly offered an unknown role.
The film will be directed by Edgar Wright. He also wrote the screenplay with Joe Cornish.
