Avril Lavigne released a 20-second-preview of the music video for her new single “Rock N Roll.”
The video, directed by Chris Marrs Piliero. It stars Titanic actor Billy Zane, Danica McKellar, and Slipknot’s #0 – Sid Wilson. The video will premiere on August 20th while the song will be released on August 27th.
The Canadian singer recently took Instagram to unveiled the artwork of her new selft-titled album. It is set to be released on September 24th.
Lavigne described this last album as “more artistic” than her previous works.
“This time it’s not just all songs about relationships and dudes. I just wanted to write songs and make something that was a little more artistic. I wanted to go down that road, I wasn’t trying to write a big radio record”.
Produced by Max Martin and written by Lavigne in collaboration with husband Chad Kroeger [Nickelback], “Rock N Roll” is the second single from her fifth album.
