Sam MacPherson, a singer/songwriter hailing from Red Bank, NJ and recently moved out to LA to pursue his career. Growing up in a musical household, Sam was constantly exposed to the sounds of his father’s and grandparents’ generations, such as The Beatles & Stevie Wonder – influencing a love for music in himself and inspiring him to take his love for music & make a name for himself.

With a stunning, soulful sound that is influenced a lot by his childhood, Sam’s originality strives to go left when others proceed right. Providing his listeners with the comfort to relate, is what drives his writing & honestly, Sam makes some of the most relatable music out right now.

“I grew up listening to The Beatles and Stevie Wonder, and then later in life fell in love with the songwriting of Frank Ocean and John Mayer. I think these hero’s of mine will always be embedded in my music, whether that’s rapidly apparent or not.”

Not slowing down anytime soon, Sam tells us that this year, there will be many more releases – including his debut EP later this year. “The EP will be a continuation of the story that ‘last minute’ narrates. It’s been so much fun for me to write these songs as they’re mirroring my life in real time. I feel like that’s rare. I feel lucky to even have the opportunity to capture all of these feelings and slow drip them into songs that I truly love and that I am truly proud of.”
