If you are a Scandal fan like I am you probably questioned the future of Captain Jake, played by actor Scott Foley, as he was last seen thrown into a torture pit with bars placed over the top.
And with Scott Foley having a new FOX show, titled The Goodwin Games, many assumed his survival rate on the hit ABC show was zero. But it was recently announced that Foley would return to Scandal…but this time as a series regular!
“I’m thrilled to join such a talented, enthusiastic and professional group of people,” Foley said in a statement. “Shonda and company have created a troupe of layered complex characters and to be able to be part of that is both exciting and humbling.”
Scandal returns to ABC this Fall on Thursday nights.
