“Secrets Are Power” In The New Trailer For ‘Orphan Black’

The trailer for season 3 of “Orphan Black” has dropped, and it promises chaos for the clones and that “Secrets Are Power”.

Listen up, Clone Club, we have some exciting news: Yes, season 3 of Orphan Black, the sci-fi show near and dear to our television loving hearts, now has a trailer. Which means its premiere is right around the corner…and things look crazier than ever. Mark your calenders, as the show hits our screens again on April 18. Eep!

This is your official spoiler alert. You have been warned. For those of you who have yet to catch up, cancel all your plans and do it now. For those of us who are up to date, the wait is almost over. So this season looks crazier than ever, with the new male clones from project Castor are here there and everywhere, but that doesn’t mean we lose out on our old faves. Yes, Cosima, Sarah, Alison and (my personal favourite) Helena, are back in full force. There are revelations, male clones, murders, kidnappings and declarations.

Oh my. I can hardly contain myself. There’s even a Star Wars reference, which stings a bit since Tatiana Maslany was unable to star in the Star Wars Spin-off due to scheduling conflicts. It’s to be expected, being phenomenally talented.

Maslany plays Sarah, Cosima, Helena, Alison (among other clone carnations that pop up in the show) and gives each of them a distinct and powerful sense of identity and personality. After all, Orphan Black isn’t just a sci-fi show. After all it’s a show about identity, family, knowing who you are and who you choose to be in this world. And it does it so well.

Now with Male clones in the mix, things are only about to get more hectic. So, Clone Club, thoughts on the Orphan Black trailer? Excited for the new series? Any theories? Give it a look and let us know in the comments below.
