Can you believe Twitter has been around for 7 years? It’s one of the biggest social networking sites, allowing you to communicate to others in less than 140 characters and see what’s trending worldwide – so it’s no surprise that the people at Twitter are adding new features and changes to better the Twitter experience.
For all you Twitter users that are constantly changing your profile, this new feature is for you! The social network rolled out a new profile editing feature a few days ago, making editing your profile so much simpler.
Instead of having to click over to “Settings”, you can make changes directly on your profile page, just by clicking the “Edit Profile” button. Users have the option to change their name, bio, location, website, and profile pictures, getting a feel of how it will look to anyone viewing it.
While that makes things a bit easier, you still have to go to “Settings” to change your username as well as your background photo and theme. And for those of you that prefer the older way of editing your profile, don’t fret, you can still go over to “Settings” and edit your profile that way.
You can check out this video from Twitter that shows how the new feature works:
How do you feel about the new feature – does it make your Twitter experience better or could you do without it?
