Talk about a heck of a way to confirm your relationship by calling it quits! Aylin Bayramoglu and Charlie Luebeck have ended their relationship after first connecting on The Glee Project 2, which aired in summer 2012. The talented and cute duo quickly became a fan favorite for viewers.
Aylin and Charlie was good at keeping everyone in the dark about the official status of their relationship so many were left wondering if they were together or not. Charlie’s feelings towards Aylin were quite obvious, and she seemed to be into him as well as she flirted right back. The two just did not seem to want to put label on it.
On March 15, though, fans got a confirmation in the form of a tweet. Aylin tweeted, “I would like to sadly, regrettably and formally announce that Charlie and I are no longer together. I appreciate all your love and support!!!”
Charlie has yet to make an official announcement about the relationship’s demise. He did however respond to a fan that tweeted, “this made me so sad. I hope y’all reconnect or at least stay friends,” by retweeting the comment and saying, “thank you.”
So far, the only couple making it work are Dani and Ali, also from that season of The Glee Project 2. Young love’s tough, isn’t it?
