Make no mistake, it looks as though a teaser for the upcoming 11th season of Supernatural has in fact surfaced and will be showing up at Comic Con! Executive producer Jim Michaels has taken the liberty of sharing the news with fans via his Twitter account, teasing that the first 8 episodes of the 11th season have already been planned out.
According to Michaels, the cast of our beloved show about two brothers saving the world will start filming soon, just before they make their appearance at this year's Comic Con. This is wonderful news for the fans that are planning to attend the event, as a teaser of our boys fighting off the darkness may be shown at the San Diego convention.
For those who missed it, the first teaser fans were given when Dean became a demon was in fact shown at the exact same event this time last year. According to TV Line, the Supernatural panel will consist of Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, Misha Collins and Mark Sheppard., who will also be joined by Jeremy Carver (executive producer). There will also be a video presentation given by the stars, which will highlight some special features and bloopers for the release of the 10th season of Supernatural on DVD and Blu-Ray sometime this fall.
While there may not be an actual date set in regards to the season premiere, it looks as though the last three seasons of Supernatural have all aired in the beginning of October. So, one might think that season 11 will air around the same time as well. Season 10 of Supernatural aired on October 7th, 2014, while season 9 debuted one year and one day before. It's possible that season 11 could very well air on Wednesday October 7th of this year. Jim Michaels told fans he would tell them when season 11 would premiere, as soon as the information was made available to him of course. The season 10 finale of Supernatural left The Winchesters, Castiel and Crowley in one hell of a mess when we saw them last.
Will Dean ever be the same after the Mark Of Cain? I don't know about you guys, but I can't wait to find out!
