Teresa Giudice has easily become one of the most infamous members of The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast and it seems like this Bravo reality TV star has taught her daughter at least one thing… How to capitalize on the spotlight. Despite all the legal drama plaguing the Giudice family, Teresa and Joe’s oldest of three daughters, Gia, is embarking on a music career.

Over the summer Gia Giudice, 13, along with two of her friends, started a girl group called “3KT” which apparently stands for “3 Karat Diamonds”. The three-part girl group released their first music video on Youtube, a cover of Britney Spears’ “Circus“, last week and the reviews have been very mixed.

Yeah, we’re not quite sure who we feel about it either. To our surprise, the Gia Giudice-look-alike lead singer gets more screen time than anyone!

Young dancers and cheerleaders have been dancing to questionable music and wearing questionable costumes and uniforms for what seems like forever but somehow this feels different. There’s quite a bit of  “sexy” going on in this video for a couple of thirteen year olds; red lips, hair flips, swinging hips, and short shorts.

3KT’s official Instagram account cites Beyonce, Britney Spears, Madonna, Rihanna and Christina Aguilera as some of their musical inspirations which is pretty standard for any teenage girl in the last ten years.

Maybe it’s the timing in relation to Giudice family drama or maybe it’s the fact that 3KT skipped the Disney and went straight for MTV that’s leaving us mildly uncomfortable.
