Stefan’s New Lady Love Revealed In ‘The Vampire Diaries’ Season 6 Trailer

Season 6 of The Vampire Diaries will make you cry and question all that is alive (and dead). Loved ones are gone, and new relationships are forming….

Gather ‘round Vampire Diaries fans, because here is a brand new trailer that’s sure to make you even thirstier for the upcoming sixth season!

This new promo is all about “moving on,” which Elena is struggling to do. Last season left Bonnie and Damon in a world unknown (seriously, where are these two and will they return to their loved ones?). I just find it hard to believe that Damon won’t come back in the flesh (as for Bonnie, well, I’m not as concerned about her as I am Damon).

Believed to be dead by Elena, Jeremy, Stefan, Caroline, Alaric, and their other friends, Damon and Bonnie’s “deaths” have caused quite the shift in their loved ones’ lives. From Jeremy hitting the bottle, to Elena missing Damon (by feeding on people) to Caroline chatting with Alaric, to Tyler doing push-ups, this new video showcases someone we haven’t seen before — Stefan’s new love interest (no, it’s not Caroline).

Not only do we see these two getting cozy in bed, but Stefan also reveals a secret to this mystery lady — that he’s a vampire! Whoa.

Also, is there a new a darkness/villain looming in Mystic Falls? The trailer portrays it that way, but I guess we’ll have to wait and see. Until then, be sure to check out the video for yourself.

The Vampire Diaries returns Thursday, Oct. 2 at 8/7c on The CW.
