Only a couple of more days until the festivities for Comic Con in San Diego begin, and I am just on fire with excitement! With a lot of news to report on the convention, I’m glad to present you all with two new Comic Con exclusive posters from Marvel of Thor: The Dark World and Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
Both of the posters feature concept art for the films which looks amazing! The poster for Thor was done by Charlie Wen, and it has Thor in the middle with this hammer, soaring upwards accompanied by characters such as Loki (Tom Hiddleston), Odin (Anthony Hopkins), and of course the most recent villain, Malekith, played by our beloved Ninth Doctor, Christopher Eccleston.
The Captain America poster was created by Ryan Meinerding and also features our main hero, with a large battle scene in the background, charging at his new nemesis, the Winter Soldier, who is played by Sebastian Stan.
While we have to wait until October 30, 2013 to see the new Thor in theaters and April 4, 2014 for Captain America, there is sure to be some cool exclusives at the Marvel panel at Comic Con which will be held in the massive Hall H this coming Saturday, July 20. It’s a bit hazy as to who will be at the panel other than Marvel Studios president of production Kevin Feige but last year Robert Downey, Jr. showed up so I’m sure they won’t disappoint!
