Well Gleeks, the time has come for Season 5 to end. It’s safe to say that this has been a season unlike any other. Season 5 definitely got off to a rough start with the tragic passing of Cory Monteith, but after some growing pains and some definite changes, Glee returned to its roots and reminded Gleeks why they fell in love with the show.
“The Untitled Rachel Berry Project,” or the season finale, is going to set up Glee’s grand finale Season 6. It has been publicly stated and confirmed several times that Season 6 will be the last season. There are so many questions surrounding what’s to happen next. What we do know is, “The Untitled Rachel Berry Project” is going to throw Gleeks for a loop (what’s new?!) and it is going to give fans a sense of where the show is going for its last season.
Courtesy of FoxOne of the major questions looming is, will Rachel Berry leave her longtime Broadway dream to become an actress in Los Angeles? At the beginning of the season people would scoff at the idea, however it seems to be more of a reality now!
While the song titles have been released for a while now, for those Gleeks who are as impatient as I am to listen to the musical masterpieces, we have the songs for your listening pleasure now! Just thank us later! For those who need a refresher songs like “Pompeii,” “All of Me,” “American Boy” and a Mercedes Jones original “Shaking My Head” are just a few of the tracks you can look forward to. Believe me, “Shaking My Head,” is just as good as “Hell to the No.” Thanks to some crafty people on the internet, there has been a mashup made of Blaine’s (Darren Criss) and John Legend’s versions of “All of Me.” Its as good as you’re imagining it, if not better! What do you think is going to happen in the Season 5 finale? One thing I do know is everyone’s ditzy math nerd/ mesmerizing dancer Brittany S. Pierce is back! Ryan Murphy has said several times that next season everyone is welcome to come back! Oh, that must make Gleeks so happy. Season 6 might just be an extended version of the 100th episode. Hey, Gleeks can only hope right?
