Almost as famous for his celebrity wars of words as he is for his business, Donald Trump has launched into another feud on Twitter this week, this time with Modern Family writer and executive producer Danny Zuker.
A tweet from Trump regarding China started it all, and it soon escalated into a provocative and, frankly, explosive trading of insults and accusations.
Trump may have refused to respond to Zuker’s accusations of hypocrisy and unethical business practices, instead resorting to playground name calling, but it will have certainly given him something to think about. Or not, as the case may be.
It’s not the first time Zuker and Trump have embarked on a heated Twitter exchange (and it’s unlikely to be the last). Zuker first confronted Trump publicly back in March, goading him about the ratings for his show The Apprentice:
“Talk about how you finished in 3rd place behind Family Guy rerun. MT @realDonaldTrump Watch my @foxandfriends interview re: @ApprenticeNBC”
Trump has previously waged public war with Rosie O’Donnell in 2006 and, more recently, Jon Stewart. He first engaged with Zuker in April. Can’t help but wonder who will be next.
