The 24th Bond film will be called “Devil May Care”, The Sun reports. It will be based on a novel written by Sebastian Faulks, which carries the same name and served as a sequel to The Man With The Golden Gun.

The Bond franchise has long run out of original creator Ian Fleming’s books to get their inspiration from, but there are still plenty of sequels out there written by other authors that have made it possible for 23 films to already exist.

In Devil May Care, Bond will take on an evil chemist called Dr. Julius Gorner, who, as usual, has some very nasty plans against Britain.

The film is expected to be released on the 23rd of October 2015 (November 6th in the US), and will see Daniel Craig take on the role of Bond again after the major success of last year’s Skyfall.

Director Sam Mendes will also be returning. All in all, it seems like all the necessary ingredients to make this film another major hit have been set in place! It’s just unfortunate that that includes the release date being over 2 years away from now… Happy waiting!
