You can if you have a cool $1.4 Million on hand. The familiar house is the home to the Everdeens in the smash franchise The Hunger Games. Set in the fictional District 12, the house actually is in Hickory, North Carolina. $1.4 millon seems to be a lot to ask for such a small house, however, looks can be deceiving.
According to Realtor.com the house sits on 72 acres and comes with 21 unrestored mills. If that’s not enough to sweeten the deal there is 5,000 feet of road frontage and 3,500 feet of river frontage.
