On September 2nd, the new preview for the upcoming comedy flick Neighbors, starring Seth Rogen and Zac Efron, made its debut during James Franco’s Comedy Central Roast.
Rogen and Rose Byrne portray a happily married couple who move into their perfect house with their infant. Then, their lives are turned upside down after Zac’s fraternity home ends up moving next door. Efron and his roommates are less than ideal neighbors. This leads to a fight between the two estates.
Nicolas Stoller directed the movie, which was originally known as Townies.
Dave Franco, Jake Johnson, Ike Barinholtz, Jason Mantozoukas, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Lisa Kudrow are all in the film as well.
Neighbors will be released to theaters on May 9th, 2014. You can check out the trailer underneath.
