Speculations over whether Jessica Sanchez will appear on ‘Glee’ have been circling for months, and the ‘American Idol’ season 11 runner-up has finally discussed her upcoming role!
Sanchez will be appearing in two episodes, one being the season finale, and reportedly playing “a student from a rival school who’s supposed to be, like, a legendary diva powerhouse singer, so more ballads!”
Sanchez also told E! Online that she has been taking acting classes in preparation for the role, as well as mentioning her hopes to share a scene with Naya Rivera’s character Santana. “She’s really cool,” she said, “She’s got attitude, and I love it! I want to meet her so bad!”
Sanchez has also recently debuted her first single, “Tonight”, which she performed on ‘American Idol’ with Ne-Yo. You can see the music video here:

Sanchez’s two-episode ‘Glee’ arc is set to air May 2 and May 9.
