It’s Back to the Future day, and just when you thought things couldn’t get more exciting… Nike made a huge announcement!
Nike worked with the Michael J. Fox Foundation to bring Marty McFly’s self-lacing shoes to the world. For real!
The Michael J. Fox Foundation confirmed the shoes while Nike let Mashable know the “first pair of self-lacing Nike Mag shoes is in New York City.” In fact, according to a Nike insider, the very first pair were given to Marty McFly!
The announcement couldn’t have come at a better time and I’m sure fans won’t be able to wait for more pairs to show up across the states.
The Michael J. Fox Foundation tweeted out a photo of Michael J. Fox wearing the shoes with the news that more will come in 2016! Take a look!
