Even though USA Network has not sent a formal press release, fans of the summer drama, Graceland, heard the news about the show’s cancellation today through Twitter.
Tweets were posted by the show’s creator, Jeff Eastin, and director Larry Teng, announcing that Graceland would not be picked up for a fourth season (which would have presumably aired in late June of next year).
Just got the word, there will be no more #GracelandTV. Thank you to the best cast, crew and fans in television. pic.twitter.com/DylJUIPDx7

Got the official word today that @GracelandTV will not be picked up for a 4th season. Love to my cast mates and all you fans. #GLProud

Fans quickly took to Twitter to express their sadness and shock over the cancellation, reaching out with petitions to alternate networks in hope of a pick-up for the series. While a fourth season is very unlikely, the camaraderie and support from Gracelanders on social media is heartening.
Who knows? Maybe the cancellation is part of some crazy, undercover Briggs plan…
