The man in question, Ben Seewald, also comes from a big family (maybe not quite as big) of seven children. The pair met at church and then asked to be allowed to communicate with each other via texts and calls. They have also decided to wait and have their first kiss at the wedding and have only started holding hands since they got engaged.
Courtesy of wnd.comBob Duggar told People Magazine back in September that “He’s [Ben] the first one she has shown interest in that has a spiritual focus and legitimate calling about ministry work. When a guy is pursing your daughter, you want to check him out and see if there are any red flags, and with Ben, there hasn’t been. He is very sharp. It appears like a match made in heaven.”
The family has just finished celebrating their daughter Jill’s wedding, which was attended by over 1,000 of their closest family and friends.
