2016 Golden Globe Nominations Announced

Check out the complete list of 2016 Golden Globe nominations, including five nominations for the 1950s drama ‘Carol’.

To many, the Golden Globe Awards kick off the award season and are considered a hint of what to expect on the Oscars. The Golden Globe Awards are voted on by the Hollywood Foreign Press and they are given to the best in television and movies.

This year’s nominations are an eclectic  bunch, with a few surprises. Lady Gaga’s nomination for American Horror Story: Hotel was a surprise to some, as was Sylvester Stallone’s supporting actor nod for his role in Creed. There were, of course, the usual, expected nominations as well, including those for Aaron Sorkin, Orange Is The New Black, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus.

Check out the full list below and let us know what your predictions are in the comments!
