Portlandia Actor Prepares To Have A Super Fun Night

Super Fun Night is about to get a taste of Portland. The show, which stars and is written by Rebel Wilson, has received mostly negative reviews. Critics, however, make note that Wilson herself, who plays a junior attorney named Kimmie, may be the saving grace of the show.

Another beloved actor is going to be appearing on the show. Fred Armisen will appear in an episode that will air at the beginning of next year. Armisen, of Portlandia fame, will play the head of the human resources department at the firm where Kimmie works. Armisen’s character will have the task of settling differences between Kimmie and another character.
Will guest appearances like Armisen’s help Super Fun Night survive? Let’s hope so — if only because we want to see more of Rebel Wilson and Fred Armisen on the same screen!
