A lady in the water is heading to Isla Nublar! Bryce Dallas Howard (The Help, 50/50) has joined the cast of Colin Trevorrow’s Jurassic World, reports Digital Spy. She had been rumored for one of the leading roles for quite some time according to information published by The Wrap, and now it appears to be official!
The (normally) red-headed beauty from M. Night Shyamalan’s The Village and Lady In The Water, is the first lead role that has been confirmed, though the project seems to be coming along quickly and we can only hope rumors are true and Jurassic Park survivors Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum sign on to reprise their roles from the original.
I grew up as a huge fan of the Dino-themed thrillers and I love Bryce, so this is a match made in heaven if you ask me! What are your thoughts?
Jurassic World is set to hit theaters in 2015.
