Where would Walt Disney take someone he wants to convince to work with him? Disneyland itself seems like a fairly good bet, and that is exactly what he does do in a new clip from the upcoming film, Saving Mr. Banks.
The clip, released by Digital Spy, features Tom Hanks (Walt Disney) and Emma Thompson (Pamela “PL” Travers) enjoying a carousel ride in the happiest place on earth.

Saving Mr Banks tells the story of Disney’s attempts to convince the Mary Poppins author, Travers, to translate her novel to the silver screen.
The film also stars Paul Giamatti (Travers’ LA driver), BJ Novak and Jason Schwartzman (songwriters Robert and Richard Sherman), Colin Farrell (Travers’ father, Robert Goff Travers) and Ruth Wilson (Travers’ mother, Margaret Goff). The Blind Side’s John Lee Hancock has directed the film.
Saving Mr. Banks is in cinemas in the UK on November 29 and the US on December 20.
