Angelina Jolie is riding high right now, as her most recent film, Maleficent, in which she plays the evil title character, has surpassed $500 million at the box office!!
Her #2 film is Mr & Mrs. Smith, wherein she starred alongside hubby-to-be Brad Pitt. It raked in a staggering $478.2 million back in 2005. The major milestone ALSO catapulted the film over its recent chart topper, Oz: The Great & Powerful, which was sitting pretty with $493.3 million.
The film was also said to be a passionate project for the Oscar-winner, as she had always wanted the role.
It was MADE for her!!!
