When it comes to a star-making turn, Aaron Paul’s electric, and soon-to-be-iconic, performance as Jesse Pinkman in the cult show Breaking Bad is a prime example. However, the finale last year might not be the last time we see Paul take on the role, as he has expressed interest in appearing in the Breaking Bad spin-off Better Call Saul.
“It’s a prequel, so it’d be nice to play Jesse Pinkman again in his happier times.” said Paul at the BAFTA Television Awards on Monday, stating he will be glad to reprise the role, granted that the producers want him back.
I don’t think the producers wanting him back will be a problem – Paul has won two Emmys and helped the show gain a strong following, with many people, including Paul, stating their belief that it is one of the greatest shows ever made.
