ABC is making some changes to the scheduling of five shows come September. Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, Once Upon A Time, Revenge and Nashville will all be split up into two batches.

Season ten of Grey’s Anatomy is set to premiere on September 26 and go on hiatus after a 12 episode run. The show will then return on February 27.

Season three of Once Upon A Time will premiere on September 9 with an 11 episode run, with the final episodes airing on March 9.

Scandal’s second season will air 10 of its episodes from October 3 and the final 12 on February 27.

Revenge’s season three will also air in two batches starting September 29 and March 9, though the show’s episode count is yet to be revealed.

Finally, Nashville’s second season will premiere on September 25 and February 26, though its episode count is also yet to be confirmed.

Hopefully, this schedule shake-up will prevent the constant breaks that show like Once saw last year when it would air for two consecutive weeks and then take a break. These breaks are killer for viewership as we get a little tired of constantly trying to track when our shows will actually be airing new episodes.
