The July 4th weekend just got a little better for us The Walking Dead lovers!
AMC recently announced some special programming that will promote the return of the highly anticipated series this fall.
The network will be adorning our television sets with a “Dead, White and Blue” marathon with all of the previous 4 seasons shown back-to-back.
In addition to indulging in the zombie infested holiday weekend, documentary company Big Machine has announced they are releasing two documentaries for AMC.
Inside the Walking Dead will hit television screens on July 8 at 10pm and will take viewers on a behind-the-scenes look at the production and back-story of how the remarkable series comes to life through special effects and the elaborate costume and makeup work that is done. The producers will be discussing the process and the viewers will get to hear from key production the various aspects of how the show is shaped.
On Tuesday, July 15 at 10pm, Inside The Walking Dead: Walker University will showcase the journey that Walkers have to go through and the elements behind how a Walker comes to be.
Although the viewers have some back-fill before the actual show is aired, I am sure we can all agree that we are excited for the fifth season, scheduled to air in the US in October!
