‘Arrow’ And ‘The Flash’ Spin-Off In The Works

Apparently, the CW is further expanding its superhero universe, with another ‘Arrow’ and ‘The Flash’ combined spin-off being in the works.

Looks like The CW will be expanding The Flash and Arrow universes by creating a (potential) spin-off series. The currently untitled “superhero team-up” project would feature characters that have been on both shows. That includes Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller), The Atom a.k.a Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh), the Canary a.k.a. Sara Lance (Caity Lotz) and Dr. Stein (Victor Garber).

The series will not only feature characters you guys know and love, but rumor has it that three major DC characters will appear marking it their debut appearance in a TV series. The promising show is being worked on by Arrow creators Andrew Kreisberg, Marc Guggenheim and Greg Berlanti.

This may be an unpopular opinion but I can’t help but be drained by all the superhero projects being developed. Pretty soon the “superhero” genre will truly take over everything (probably even take over the world). However, I’m a sucker for an entertaining show, so obviously I’ll give this series a chance if it ends up panning out! I’m super curious as to how Sara Lance will be incorporated into the show as the Canary since (

spoiler!

) she’s dead on Arrow.
