Today in “Reunions We Never Thought We Wanted” we visit On Air with Ryan Seacrest, where the original MTV-made band, O-Town, chats with the host about coming up short. One member short, that is.
You heard me, kids-at-heart, one of the townspeople of O-Town has decided this reunion just was not coming at the “right time” for him. That member is Ashley Parker Angel, the blonde-haired blue-eyed “Nick Carter” of the group. The four remaining members, Jacob Underwood, Erik-Michael Estrada, Dan Miller, and Trevor Penick, sat down with Ryan to divulge the details on the reboot.
Jacob explained, “It just didn’t seem like something that he was interested in from Day 1, a chapter that he really didn’t want to re-open for whatever reason.” Other than working on his fitness, one might wonder what might be keeping him from the paycheck.
“The feedback from the fans shows that they’re excited that we’re at least moving on with four, and I think they’re going to be even more excited to hear the music that we’re coming out with.” From the Backstreet Boys keeping the music alive to *NSYNC rumors toying with our emotions, we’ll keep a close eye on whether this was a smart move for the foursome or the reclusive Ashley.
