Avril Lavigne Chose Album Name As Last Resort

At some point in every artist’s career they eventually turn out a self-titled album. This has now happened to Avril Lavigne, who is nearing the release of her highly anticipated fifth studio album simply titled, well, Avril Lavigne.

With the LP set to be released in North America on November 5^th, Avril admits that it’s only self-titled because she didn’t know what else to call it! In classic Avril-style she goes on to say, “I didn’t want to give it a title. I’m just really excited for my fans to hear it. I think they’ll be surprised”
