Though this might not be exactly what Freddie meant back in 1979, Avril Lavigne’s new music video for her single “Rock N Roll” seems like it vibes the same attitude.
The singer is seen in a comic-book style atmosphere; fighting lobsters, kissing girls and battling bearsharks. Avril is clearly on a mission and with her war paint smeared across her face and guitar in hand, one can’t doubt she’s bound to get to the finish line at all costs.
“Rock N Roll” follows her previously released single, “Here’s To Never Growing Up,” which failed to crack the top 10 in both the UK and the States.
The full album drops on September 24, and Avril promises a “more artistic” feel than her previous albums, “This time it’s not just all songs about relationships and dudes.”
