It wouldn’t be Valentine’s Day on Awkward if it wasn’t slightly over-dramatic. And by slightly, I mean extremely.
That whole dude database? Well, since Jenna deleted it, the school has gone crazy! Now there is a gender battle at Palos Hills High, and because of this, Jenna and Tamara think that Valentine’s Day is over.
Ugh, Valentine’s Day, why do people even celebrate it?
Anyway, Jenna thinks that she is going to save Valentine’s Day with a party bus, but unfortunately, the best she could get was a “stripper’s meth lab,” according to one of the students. And he was not far off.
Well, Jenna invited everyone (also, why is Sadie always there if she hates Jenna so much?) but Matty brings Gabby, and it sure seems like they are more than just friends.
On their way to the dance, the bus comes to a sudden halt and Lissa finds a candy heart, which ends up being molly (the drug) and Jenna finds someone’s hotel room key card. Surprise surprise, it belongs to Matty. And an even bigger surprise…Jenna is upset by it.
Are they ever going to get back together or what?
Anyway, after Lissa takes the drugs, she is persuaded into kissing Sadie, which then starts some romance between everyone at the dance, but Jenna and Tamara give a speech telling everyone to calm down.
Tamara and Jake begin speaking and then they hook up. What about Jake’s MILF? We don’t know yet, but I can’t wait to find out!
The episode ended like it always does: with Jenna upset. This time, Matty told her that Gabby is worth waiting for, implying that Jenna wasn’t.
