What You Missed On This Week’s Awkward: The Phone Book

NULL

Awkward just gets better by the week. This week’s episode featured a sort of girl versus boy conflict, owing to the fact that Jenna and Tamara procured ‘the phone book.’

The phone book is a compilation of the girls in the school and their ratings. For example, Jenna was a 636, 6 boobs and butt, 3 on the face. The boys then call the girls by the name of the town from which the area code comes. (Jenna would be called St. Louis.)

So you can see where the girls’ anger comes from.

Tamara addresses this on the school’s television, getting possession of the book taken away.

This sparks anger from the girls, commencing a war between the two sides. Tamara, with her crazy schemes, decides to start a website doing the same thing to boys. She tells some girls about it at their senior bonfire, who also think it’s a great idea, and it starts to go viral.

Aside from this mountain of conflict, some other crazy things happened. Jenna ended up sleeping with Owen, the sophomore. And it was his first time. She took his v-card, ladies and gents. Then she broke up with him.

So eventful is putting it lightly. What did you guys think of this episode? I know I can’t wait for next week, but what about you?
