Winter is coming…and by winter we mean the soft, white falling powder that can only be described as doggie shampoo.
If you’re a fan of man’s best friend, and loved Game of Thrones in the style of The Brady Bunch, then you’re going to love this a-dog-able re-enactment of some of your favorite Westerosi moments!
The video, created by the United Kingdom-based video service blinkbox, calls on Roxy, Blue, and Bono to get into character as Joffrey Baratheon, Jon Snow, and Daenerys Targaryen, as well as other major characters.
But let’s be honest, no one is more important than the Mother of Dragons.
Phillip Lauer, proud owner of all three of the pug actors, was more than happy to accept the challenge, and said as much to Glamour UK.
“When blinkbox set us the challenge of a ‘Game of Thrones’ tribute we couldn’t resist.”
Lauer’s wife, a professional photographer and designer, “spent two weeks just creating the Iron Throne alone but it was well worth it.”
“The Pugs of Westeros” has 1,702,503 views on YouTube, with over 12K likes and 580 dislikes. Though how anyone could dislike these obvious true heirs to the Iron Throne is beyond me.
They must be on the Lannister’s payroll.
