The Star-Studded BET Experience 2015 Hits L.A.

Find out which of your favorite artists, actors and athletes picked up awards at the 2015 BET Awards, airing this weekend.

BET Networks will make its 15th return to Los Angeles for the biggest music festival, the BET Experience at L.A. LIVE & the BET Awards, June 25 – 28, 2015. The Experience will feature four days of music and comedy concerts, BET Fan Fest, seminars, GRAMMY® Museum exhibits, a signature food festival, various celebrity meet & greets and other special appearances. The BET Awards will be hosted by Black-ish stars Tracee Ellis Ross and Anthony Anderson, which will include performances by Chris Brown, Kendrick Lamar, and Empire stars Jussiee Smolett, Yazz, and Serayah. You can also look out for presenters Michael Ealy, Sanaa Lathan, Laverne Cox, Michael B. Jordan, and Zendaya at the awards.

To take things up a notch, Tinashe, Jason Derulo, and Ciara will help BET honor the Queen of Pop, Janet Jackson, with the first-ever Ultimate Icon: Music Dance Visual Award. We aren’t quite sure if Ms. Jackson will perform to kick off her comeback tour or not, but rest assured we’ll be glued to the television waiting like we did when she last performed at the BET Awards in 2009. In addition, Smokey Robinson has been announced to perform and receive the Lifetime Achievement Award and Tom Joyner the Humanitarian Award at this year’s ceremony.

A full list of the BET Awards 2015 nominations is now available here. Don’t have your tickets yet? No worries, you can still make your purchase to experience the entire weekend.
