Debbie Harry, lead singer of punk-rock group Blondie, has revealed that she is bisexual. The 68 year-old icon was a sex symbol during the 70s and 80s (and still today!) after rising to fame with hits like “Heart of Glass”, “One Way Or Another” and “Call Me”.
Speaking to The Daily Mail she reveals the rumors about having sexual relationships with women are in fact true. Now looking for love she says, “I don’t know if I have any specific requirements. Just somebody nice, who has a good sense of humor and loves to have sex. What more could you ask for?”
She also proclaims, “Women are more sensual.”
Currently promoting their tenth album, “Ghosts Of Download” Debbie rejected an offer to play at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics’ main stage due to Russia’s anti-gay laws. She tweeted an image of the offer letter, which she had written “PASS” and “HUMAN RIGHTS” across.

Turning down the opportunity to play to a 25,000 crowd she added, “We feel very strongly about these friendships and associations, and don’t feel good about participating in a situation where biases and prejudices are paramount.”
