Blake Shelton And Miranda Lambert Are Calling It Quits

Entertainment Weekly has reported that country superstars Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert are filing for divorce after 4 years together.

They released a statement that reads, “This is not the future we envisioned.  And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately. We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter.”

The couple has been an inspiration for love since they met in 2005. They’ve done duets on stage many times throughout the years and they’ve always been very supportive of each other’s endeavours.  The country music community will definitely shed a tear at this news; this kind of news makes it hard to believe in love.
