As Bobbi Kristina Brown continues to fight for her life, her family members, especially her aunt, Leolah Brown, keep talking to the press. Just last week, Leolah announced that Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon, is being investigated for “attempted murder.” This week, her claims is that Whitney Houston’s sister-in-law Pat “has a lot to do” with Bobbi Kristina’s current situation. Leolah Brown says:
“I believe that she has a lot to do with it. Whether it be her actual hand, I can’t say that right now, but I hold her accountable for what happened to my niece, Bobbi Kristina, because of what knowledge I have of her.”
She also said:
“It was someone’s intention to put [Bobbi Kristina] where she is right now. That I do believe.”
Are her claims correct? Possibly, but there is no proof. A police spokesperson reported to People that there is an investigation into the near-drowning of Bobbi Kristina, but Gordon was not mentioned, specifically.
Gordon recently appeared on The Dr. Phil Show, and entered into a rehab facility shortly after the episode was taped. Leolah Brown isn’t buying it, however:
“I believe Nick is manipulating Dr. Phil just like he manipulated my niece Bobbi Kristina, that is what he’s doing. His habits and his actions are not conducive nor are they consistent with anyone that is concerned for somebody.”
As for Bobbi Kristina’s other aunt, Pat Houston, Leolah had this to say:
“You’re a money-hungry beast, Pat, yes you are, and the world knows who you are.”
