It’s a good day for Bones fans! The long running hit series on FOX has been picked up for yet another season, guaranteeing it will be around for season 10 in the 2014-2015 season. The show’s leads, David Boreanaz (Booth) and Emily Deschanel (Brennan) will hit the 200th episode milestone that many television shows don’t have the privilege of achieving.
FOX chairman Kevin Reilly spoke highly of the series’ renewal, and is one of the many who cannot wait for the next chapter.
“Over the course of nine seasons, BONES has grown from a hit crime procedural into a beloved pillar of our lineup that resonates with fans in a way that only the best of shows can. Our viewers have embraced Emily, David and the entire cast and characters of BONES as their very own, and I think they are going to love what Hart Hanson and Stephen Nathan have planned for Season 10!”
The remainder of this season moves to Mondays, March 10th.
