The new Vampire Diaries season premieres this Thursday, but just in case you can’t wait that long, we have this sneak peek from the first episode titled “I know What You Did Last Summer”.
In this video we see Bonnie (Kat Graham) and her ghost medium Jeremy (Steven McQueen) talking about how they should cover up the fact that Bonnie has been dead since she sacrificed herself for Jeremy in last season’s finale. Bonnie explains why she won’t tell the truth and why they’re lucky to be in this situation, saying “how many people die and still get to talk to their best friends?”
“[Bonnie’s death] creates this intense intimacy, even as a friend, that they never had before. There were always distractions and they weren’t ever forced to always just ‘be’. You’ll see a lot of us working together early on the season” Graham told TvGuide.
